FAQ

If you purchased with an Etsy account, you can easily download it in 2 ways:

1. From Your Etsy Account

Go to: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > locate your order, then Download files

2. From Your Etsy Email

Check your receipt email from Etsy for the download button

If you purchased as a guest without an Etsy account: 

You will receive an automated receipt email from Etsy with a button to download the PDF document.

Downloading on Mobile:

On your mobile device, use a browser (like Chrome) to log in to Etsy.com, go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews, locate your order, tap the product image or gray arrow next to it, and tap Download Files next to your order number.

Note:  The Etsy app does not currently support file downloads. 

Click Access Artwork button in the PDF document to open the Google Drive folder.

To instantly download all your artworks as a ZIP File:
If you're not signed in to a Google account → Click "Download all" (top right)

If you're signed in to a Google account → Click the set folder name (top left) and select “Download”.

Note: You can also click on the vertical 3 dots to download individual images or folders directly from Google Drive.

Troubleshooting: If you're having trouble downloading multiple files with your Google account on desktop computer, it may be due to download restrictions in your browser settings. To fix this quickly, check the top URL field/address bar of your browser for a blocked download icon, click it, and allow downloading multiple files. Then, try downloading again. You can also adjust your download restrictions in the browser settings.

Using SmartThings app on your phone

1️⃣ Creating a new folder in your phone’s photo gallery and name it (e.g., "TV Art") and save your downloaded artworks there.

2️⃣ Open SmartThings App and Select your Frame TV device.

3️⃣ Tap on "Art Mode" (ensure your TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone).

4️⃣ Tap "Add Your Photos +", navigate to your TV Art folder, and select the artworks you want to display. Tap "Save on The Frame". If you want to set up a slideshow, select "Slideshow" when viewing the artworks you selected to save on the Frame. 

5️⃣ Select no mat or any mat style.

6️⃣ Tap "Set", your artwork will beautifully display on your Frame TV, enjoy!

Using USB to upload your artworks to Frame TV

1️⃣ Download artworks from Google Drive and save them to your USB

2️⃣ Insert the USB drive into the USB port on your Frame TV's One Connect Box.

3️⃣ Navigate to the Art Mode by pressing the Power button on your remote twice.

4️⃣ Select 'My Collection' from the Art Mode options.

5️⃣ Access the USB drive and browse through your artwork images.

6️⃣ Save the desired images to the Frame TV's internal storage.

7️⃣ Open the SmartThings app on your smartphone and select your Frame TV.

Tap on "Art Mode", navigate to 'My Collection' where your saved artworks are stored. Select the artworks you want to include in the slideshow. Tap on the 'Display All' option to start the slideshow. You can set the duration for each artwork to be displayed by tapping the small clock icon next to the Stop button. 

Shuffle the artworks (optional) : Toggle the Shuffle button on or off to randomize the order of the artworks in the slideshow.

On Mac

1. Locate the Zip File

2. Unzip the File:

   • Double-click the zip file.

   • The contents will automatically extract into a new folder in the same location as the zip file.

3. Access the Files: Open the newly created folder to access your files.

On Windows

1. Locate the Zip File

2. Unzip the File:

   • Right-click the zip file.

   • Select "Extract All..."

   • Choose a location to save the unzipped files and click "Extract."

3. Access the Files: Navigate to the selected location and open the folder to view your files.

Alternative Method:

• Double-click the zip file to open it.

• Drag and drop the files to your desired location.

On Mobile Devices

Android device --> Unzip your files

iPhone --> Create or open ZIP files on your iPhone or iPad

How to Download a Digital Item  from Etsy

This PDF document contains instructions and a direct link to your purchased artwork on Google Drive, where you can download all your artwork images instantly.

These two services may block Etsy's email containing the download link. To view your order and download the PDF, access Etsy website using a web browser (like Chrome or Safari) and log in to your account, then go to "Your account" > "Purchases and Reviews" to locate your order and download the file.

All artwork images come with JPG format, 300 DPI.

Best for quality and convenience. Many offer framing, shipping, and a wider range of options.

Local Shops:
Check local stores for printing. Quality and options may vary.

At Home:
Good for quick prints, but quality may be limited by available hardware.
